Overall Purpose of Job:岗位概述：负责装配车间的工艺文件的编制及维护，并控制其有效性、适宜性，完整性，合理性和正确性；负责新产品和老产品维修费用的报价。主要职责：Responsible forwork instruction preparation & maintenance of assembly process, and controleffectiveness, suitability, completive, reasonability and correctness of thesedocuments.负责装配车间的工艺文件的编制及维护，并控制其有效性、适宜性，完整性，合理性和正确性。Responsible forprocess maintenance of assembly products which have already mass production,exploring & solving quality issue and volume scrap that related to theassembly process.负责批量生产的装配产品的工艺维护，及时发现与解决因装配工艺所产生的质量问题，并对因装配工艺所产生的批量报废负责。Responsible forproblem-solving complained by customer and related to assembly process.对顾客投诉所涉及到的装配工艺的问题负责进行整改。Accumulateassembly process data in practiced production, adjust and improve currentprocess parameters and publish standardization documents在生产实践中不断积累装配工艺资料，并对现生产的装配工艺进行改进和优化，并按照程序将其文件化。Monitordiscipline of assembly process in daily production, submit the phenomenon &behaviors that break the rules to the production manager for punishment.对装配过程中的工艺纪律进行检查，对于违反工艺纪律的现象与行为提交生产部经理进行处罚。Responsible forimprovement of assembly jigs that currently used in assembly to get the goal ofassembly quality improvement, decrease labor intensity and decrease & avoidhuman error.负责对装配车间现有的工装夹具进行改进与完善，以达到提高装配质量、减轻劳动强度，减少和避免人为失误的目的。Responsible forprocess documents preparation of assembly products and design of assembly jigs,and make continuous improvement and completion in practice production. Provideprocess solution and design and development recommendation for complicatedprocess equipment.负责新的装配产品的工艺文件的制订和工装夹具的设计，并在生产实践中不断将其改进与完善。对于较为复杂的工艺工装设备提供工艺方案和设计开发建议。Provideinstruction and guidance for maintenance of process jigs and equipment.对工装设备的维修保养提供说明与指导。Responsible forflow chart & layout of assembly shop floor, provide process parameters andsuggestion for re-building and updating equipment in assembly shop floor, andmake lean line design for new program.负责装配车间的工艺流程、平面布置并对装配车间的设备改造与更新提供有关工艺参数和意见。Responsible fordevelopment and application of new assembly process, and introduce advanced assemblyprocess in to plant gradually, continuous enhance assembly process level forplant.负责对新装配工艺的开发和应用，并逐步将国内外先进装配工艺引进公司，不断提高公司的装配工艺水平。Optimizeassembly process route and operation process of assembly shop floor.对装配现场的的工艺路线及操作程式进行改进提高。Complete temporaryassigned by manager完成领导临时交办的任务。 Responsible forpreparation, distributing, reclaim, changes, and management of processdocuments.负责工艺文件的制定,发放,回收,更改,归档等管理工作。Providequotation according to RFQ information from customer in time.根据客户处得到的RFQ信息及时提供报价。Updating manufacturingcost of old products and provide accurate information to other depts.更新老品的制造成本，并为其它部门提供准确信息。Responsible forthe maintenance and manufacturing BOM in IE dept.负责制造并维护BOM。Create andupdate PFMEA document。负责编制并更新PFMEA文件。18. Responsible for resolve the quality issues from internal customer andexternal customer.        对内外部客户的质量问题的解决；19.  Responsiblefor the proposal and implement of automatic machine and need control theprocess of implement..负责装配区域的自动化方案拟定和实施，在实施过程中需要掌控实施过程中的问题点改善。 Key Competencies:关键技能：Familiarwith Programmable controller PLC/Circuit/Electrician/six aixes Robotprogramming and debugging  /Frequencyconverter and servo.熟悉可编程控制PLC/电路/电工/六轴机械手编程和调试/变频器和伺服。Have basic application ability of English, couldskillful operate computer;熟练操作计算机;并具备最基本的英语应用能力。Familiar with operation of quality system, acceptedrelevant training, understood how implement quality standard;熟悉质量管理体系的运作,接受过相关培训，理解并实施质量标准。Establish and improve assembly process graph andcard;建立并完善装配工艺图/卡。Have powerful ability of on-site training andcoaching;具备较强的现场培训及辅导能力。Have ability of open thinking and study;具备开放式思维及学习能力。Familiar with raw material, process and qualitystandard of all products.熟悉原材料,熟悉所有产品的工艺和质量标准。Proficient at operation of equipment in assemblyshop floor and knowledge and ability of maintenance for assembly jigs andequipments;精通装配车间设备操作,并有较高的设备及工装夹具维护知识和技能。Proficient at ability to solve special problem;较强解决专业问题的能力。Proficient at judgment and decision;较强的判断及决策力。Be equipped with relatedknowledge and skill of management, manage and simulate team efficiently, manageteam performance and achieve the goal of team;具备相应的管理知识和技能,能有效领导激励团队，管理团队绩效，实现团队目标。Be good at exchange and communication, betterability of coordination, understanding and contradiction & conflictsolving.善于与人交流和沟通,良好的协调和理解能力，具备较好的解决矛盾与冲突的能力。Have basic ability of budget and cost control. 有基本的预算及成本控制能力。Be equipped withknowledge of HS&E and risk management.具备一定的健安环保知识和风险管理 Education and Experience:教育及经验：Bachelor of Science and engineering or management 本科及以上，理工科或管理专业5 years practice experience of management that related to molding &assembly field shop leader 五年以上注塑装配行业生产领班管理实践经验3 years experience of products quotation.三年及以上产品报价经验
