Job Description: -Take charge ofhandle customer complaint including NCR analysis, fast response and actiontaking； -8D repport orgnizeand tracking till NCR closed-Review anddispose of the unqualified product which on customer side，arrange rework or replacement accordingly -Follow the newproject quality control and responsible for new product PPAP documents,preparation and submission to customer before delivery -Support customerannual system/process audit and privide action plan to audit findings -Support QualityManager to manage the quality system document/records -Update the qualitydata checklist and make the quality monthly report,-Coordinate quality activity/meeting with globalquality team -Other task from GMand department manager岗位职责： -负责客户抱怨的分析，包括异常分析，快递反馈和整改措施 -针对客户投诉抱怨提供详细的8D报告直至结案 -负责客户端不合格品的评审和处置，以及相应的维修更换等 -负责新产品PPAP文件的准备和提交 -参与并协助客户及第三方的过程审核和体系审核等 -更新质量数据和检验清单，每月质量报告的制作 -协助质量部经理对质量管理体系文件、记录的建立，实施、维护及改进等 -集团各质量部门之间的协作和沟通 -其他总经理和部门经理临时交代的事宜岗位要求Requirement： -two years quality workingexperience in manufacture industry or factory，know8D and 5why analysis专科及以上学历，有2年以上制造行业或工厂质量工作经验 -good English both inspoken and writing英语听说读写熟练 -could accept the shorttrip能接受短期出差
